2 Week Weight Loss Challenge 2012

I'm so excited to start this weight loss challenge with all of you! First of all let me say it's FREE. There is nothing you have to buy, so, are you in? Before you answer let me give you...
 The details: 
This challenge will Start 6/7/2012 and end on 6/21/2012 
There is no specific amount of weight you need to lose
Exercise rules will be announced on Thursday (something for every fitness level)
Take at least 1 cold shower daily (ask your doctor first)
You must comment on the site every day in the new "Weight Loss Challenge" post letting me know what exercise you did that day and how long, What you ate & drank & how many times, how many lbs you have lost/gained, and if you took your cold showerEx: Tae bo 2hrs, Water 8 glasses, Chicken/Salmon 6 small meals, lost 1lb CSx2
