What did you do on Day 4? Did you stick to the rules?Oh it was hell lol What I did:
2 cold showers 10 minutes eachYes I took my multivitaminI worked out for 2 hours elliptical, Treadmill, Stairmaster 1 broiled egg, 3 chicken salads, 1 apple, 1 chicken andbrown riceWater and Green tea
